WINEMAKER NOTES: Smooth, yet powerful, and soft on the palate in its youth with flavors of black cherry, mulberry, coffee, mocha and cinnamon spice.

HISTORY: The 2004 vintage marks the sixth release of Egelhoff Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Bob Egelhoff is the winemaker for five Napa Valley wineries – David Arthur Vineyards, Amizetta Vineyards, Axios Wines and Phelan Vineyard.

THE VINEYARDS: Sacrashe Vineyard and Glendale Ranch are both located in the hills surrounding Lake Hennessey. The Glendale Ranch has proven to be the dominant vineyard in this blend and will be for many years to come.
